Sharon Zemmel
Sharon started Cheadle Holistic Therapies 9 years ago from her back bedroom. She now has 4 therapy rooms, with 3 massage therapists and several medical and mental health practitioners using the rooms in a busy practice.
Sharon does most types of massage for deep relaxation, stress and pain relief plus Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling complementary therapies.
Her greatest interest is around the face, scalp and neck and issues of jaw pain, migraine, neck pain and anti-ageing. She offers a highly specialised jaw pain treatment, Natural Face Lift Massage, and anti-ageing facials.

Karen Armstrong
Karen started her career in the beauty industry where she worked for 18 years.
Early on her interest in massage grew and she added Swedish massage, hot stones and more to her portfolio
Finally, as her interest grew, she enrolled at one of the best massage schools in the country to take their Advanced Massage Training course. A genuine labour of love as the school is in Brighton and involved lots of long distance travelling over a three year period!
Now Karen specialises in Clinical Massage for pain and injuries.

Prudencia Lyons
Prudencia has been a nurse for over 20 years. Starting as a midwife, she is now a theatre nurse assisting mainly with plastic and cosmetic surgery.
In the last few years Prudencia has studied extensively to become a highly specialised Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist and Scarwork therapist.
She is also an adviser on nutrition and lifestyle management.
Prudencia has the highest level membership of the professional body MLD UK which is recognised as the most reliable source of highly trained MLD therapists.
